Front Flaps for Volkswagen Golf GTI MK7.5 - FREE!
*** This is Digital file only ***
We are giving away the 3D files for our Version 1 Front Spoiler extensions for FREE.
At MassVantage, we think the aftermarket is missing a true, factory-level OEM+ fit and finish. We know this car intimately—our team actually helped design the final exterior surfaces for the original Golf 7.5 GTI right here in Wolfsburg.
We're developing a new premium aero kit, but before we go into full production, we want your honest feedback.
So, again you can get the files completely for FREE!
If you have a 3D printer, print them, test-fit them on your MK7, and tell us exactly what you think.
How to get the files:
-
Use the form below.
-
Share your name and email to join the waiting list.
- Once the CAD data will be ready we will send you the link with files directly.

💯 What we're asking for:
If you have a 3D printer, download the files, print them, and test-fit them on your bumper. We want your brutal honesty. Do you like the lines? Is there still an appetite for a kit like this, or should we pack it up? 🫡

3D Printing recommendations
Top Material Choices:
✅ Nylon with Carbon Fiber (Nylon + CF / PA-CF)
- Pros:
- High mechanical strength and rigidity.
- Heat resistance up to ~120–150°C.
- Good chemical and UV resistance.
- Low weight — ideal for automotive use.
- Cons:
- More difficult to print (requires an enclosed chamber and dry conditions).
- Abrasive — needs a hardened steel nozzle.
✅ PETG with Carbon Fiber (PETG-CF)
- Pros:
- Better than standard PETG in terms of stiffness and heat resistance (~80–100°C).
- Good UV and weather resistance.
- Easier to print than Nylon.
- Cons:
- Lower heat resistance than Nylon.
- May be brittle on impact (depends on brand).
✅ ASA
- Pros:
- Excellent UV and weather resistance.
- Operating temperature up to ~90–100°C.
- Doesn’t yellow in sunlight (better than ABS).
- Cons:
- Lower mechanical strength compared to Nylon-CF.
- Shrinks during printing – enclosed chamber recommended.
Not Recommended:
- PLA / PLA+ – too low heat resistance (~55–60°C), softens in sunlight.
- TPU – flexible, not suitable for strong, rigid structural parts.
